Use these steps to disconnect Gmail or Google Calendar, remove Evora's access from Google, or delete Google-derived information retained in your Evora account.
Disconnect Gmail or Google Calendar in Evora
- Sign in to Evora and open Plugins.
- Choose Gmail or Google Calendar.
- Find the connected account, choose Disconnect, then confirm.
This removes that connection and its encrypted credentials from active Evora records and stops new access through it. It does not disconnect another Google service you connected separately.
Remove all Evora access from Google
- Open Google Account connections while signed in to the Google account you connected.
- Find Evora Agent under apps with access to your Google Account and open its details.
- Choose Remove access and confirm.
Google revocation removes Evora's shared environment grant, covering Gmail and Google Calendar access for that Google account. Evora may show an existing connection as requiring reconnect until you also disconnect it locally or delete your Evora account.
Delete Google-derived data from Evora
- To remove a saved memory containing Google information, open Settings, choose Memories, and delete that memory.
- To remove all user-owned Evora records, open Settings, choose General, select Delete account, and confirm.
- If you cannot sign in, email support@evora.sh from the address associated with your Evora account.
Account deletion revokes Evora's Google grant and starts removal of user-owned Evora records, including connected-app credentials, conversations, memories, and automation data. Limited security, legal, transaction, and provider-backup records may remain only as required or until normal backup expiry.
What these actions do not change
- Disconnecting or deleting Evora does not delete your Google Account, Gmail messages, calendars, or events stored by Google.
- Actions already completed at your request are not automatically undone. For example, a sent email remains sent and a created event remains on the calendar unless you remove it.
- Removing Evora from Google stops future access but does not by itself delete information already retained in your Evora account. Use the deletion steps above for that.
