Evora Agent is operated by Go Brand LLC. Evora is a personal assistant that processes the information described below to provide accounts, conversations, memories, automations, connected apps, and optional communication channels.
Information we process
- Account details such as your name, email address, and preferences.
- Prompts, assistant responses, automations, and durable memories you choose to keep.
- Connected-app account labels, encrypted credentials, and content retrieved or changed when you ask Evora to use an app.
- MCP grants, channel settings, and encrypted or hashed channel identifiers.
- Subscription status and transaction identifiers. Stripe handles payment-card details rather than Evora.
- Device, request, security, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
Google user data
When you connect Gmail, Evora can identify the connected Google account and search, read, organize, draft, and send email when you ask. This can include message and thread content, headers, attachments, labels, and related metadata. Evora does not expose permanent Gmail deletion operations.
When you connect Google Calendar, Evora can identify the connected account, view calendars, events, attendees, and availability, and create, update, or delete events when you ask.
Evora uses Google data only to provide the assistant feature you request, maintain connection health, secure the service, and provide support. An encrypted credential and connected account label are stored until you disconnect. Content returned for a request is processed to produce your conversation or automation result and may remain there or in a memory you choose to save. Evora does not make a background copy of your entire mailbox or calendar.
Relevant Google data may be processed by approved infrastructure, AI, and security providers only to provide or protect the feature you request. Evora does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.
Evora's use and transfer of information received through Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, run your personal assistant, carry out your instructions, retrieve your saved memories, operate automations, connect approved apps, clients, and channels, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse, secure the service, and troubleshoot failures.
Service providers
Data is processed only as needed by infrastructure and product providers including Cloudflare, Neon, Autumn and Stripe, selected AI model providers, Meta and WhatsApp, transactional email providers, and the connected services you choose. These providers act under their applicable contracts and privacy terms.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising. We disclose information to service providers that operate Evora, when you direct us to interact with another service, to investigate security or abuse, or when required by law. Personnel do not access Google user data except with your permission for support, when needed for security, or when required by law.
Retention and your controls
Information is retained while needed to operate your account and the features you choose. Disconnecting Gmail or Google Calendar removes that Evora connection and its encrypted credentials and stops new access through it. Because the services use a shared Google authorization for the Evora environment, Google may continue to list Evora until you remove its full access from your Google Account.
Disconnecting does not delete source emails or events from Google and does not undo actions Evora already completed. See Google connected-app help for exact steps.
You can inspect or delete saved memories, disconnect connected apps and WhatsApp, revoke MCP access, and delete your account. Account deletion revokes the Google grant and starts deletion of user-owned Evora records. Limited security, legal, transaction, and provider-backup records may remain only as required or until normal backup expiry.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when the law permits or requires it.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted secrets, signed requests, and user-scoped storage predicates to protect personal data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
International processing
Providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable safeguards and data-processing terms.
Children
Evora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can review and delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Evora Agent changes. The date above identifies the current version.
